Shipping Information 

 

Our hours of operations are Mon- Friday 12am-12pm. We do not work on the weekends (Sat. & Sun), nor do we process orders after 2:00pm on Fridays. All orders placed Friday after 2:00pm (CT) or on the weekends will be fullfilled the folllowing Monday. Processing time could take up 2-3 days. Your account will recieve an update from USPS Priority Shipping, (for most orders  shipped, USPS prices start at the cost of ($7.99 - $14.99 USD) for 2 day priority delivery. As the mailability of hemp products gains mass mail acceptance, we will continually add more shipping options so our customers have flexibility and security when making their purchase. Most recently, we are working to add UPS Ground as a shipping option and plan to re-introduce 2nd Day shipping for all products. *Please note, we are starting to fully insure and require signatures on select USPS shipments that have a 'high value." This is fine, however we will need a signature to verify pick-up. Please email any of our team members if this option is best for you.


(Order Processing Time): For all online orders please beaware that most orders are processed within 24-48 hr but in rare cases and or during restocking periods, some orders can take as long as 4-5 business days! All orders are processed in the order they are received. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) but we do our best to get tracking info out the same day or next business day.

 

(Common questions we recieve) "I just placed an order from the Hustlaz Brand. What happens next? "
First off, thank you for making a purchase with the Hustlaz Brand located at High-grades.com! After making your purchase:1) The Webserver will send an order confirmation along with a receipt via email. We (the merchant) will receive a copy as well so we can prepare the order and generate a shipping label. If you didnt receive an email, please check your spam folder as email accounts like (gmail/yahoo/hotmail) tend to filter auto-generated emails that have valuable tracking information.   

 

Common Questions we get... (CQ) "My package is missing items!"  If this ever happens, let me be the first to apologize if you didn't receive everything you ordered. Secondly breathe, and try to understand "this is simply just a mistake and humans sometimes make them! Alert us quickly, and the missing products will be shipped out expediently at no additional charge. And we may even try to throw in 1-2 extra pre-rolls! However, we will still need to verify the missing items / order contents, as we take pics of each order contents before they are shipped out. Unfortunately we've had to take more extraordinary measures than ever planned to prevent scams, so you might be asked to text/email a picture of your order contents so we can compare it to the picture of what we sent out.

 

(CQ) "My package says delivered, but it's not here?"
Please give it up to 24 hours for your package to show up. Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off. It's also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox.**Please note: The Hustlaz Brand does not cover package theft. If the tracking says delivered, we assume the package has been delivered.

 

(CQ) "My package was lost "in-transit" 
In the event the package does not make it to you, we will do our best to locate it and/or possibly file an insurance claim. If the package was indeed lost and/or a claim awarded, we will resend the order at no additional charge.

 

          (CQ) "The mail carrier is asking me for a signature, do I need to sign?" 
Yes, we have started to require a signature for both 'high value' UPS and USPS deliveries. This is to ensure packages arrive on-time to the recipient, so we appreciate your cooperation.

 

Please keep in mind, we are not the post office so we can't control how accurate they are with delivery. The Post Office has notified us that because of Covid 19 and or natural weather disaster's they may alter shipping dates & arrival time without any previous warning. Do not be mad with us, if this happens with your package!!! We only can control what we can control! Any negative reviews for late shipping will not post.


2) Once the label is printed (remember up to 2 day handling time), you should receive an additional email notification that will include tracking information powered by USPS automative shipping. 


3) Track your order via the carriers website (usps, ups) so you know when to expect its arrival. NOTE, IT MAY BE SMART TO SIGN UP FOR UPDATES WITH YOUR PACKAGE CARRIER.
