Refund Policy

CASH REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY


In regards to our Cash Refund policy, simply put... there is none. Unfortunately we can not offer you "at this time" a cash refund due to the nature of the Cannabis industry & Banking policies. Banks due not allow Cannabis / Hemp Companies to have no more than "2 charge backs" annaully. Essentially, if just (2) "dishonest customers" or "scam artists" for whatever reason in a year request a "cash refund" a Cannabis / Hemp co. can be out of business, just like that! And not every customer is a "good person or completey honest", so inorder to protect our business, family's we employ, buisness partnerships and the millions of cannabis consumers that depend on our products for thier medicinal needs. We only offer exchanges, store gift cards or a replacement. To be eligible for a return / replacement your item must be unused and in the same condition orginally shipped. It must also be, "UNOPENED" due to COVID 19 protocols to recieve an replacement. Hustlaz Brand Co. is always looking to "make it right" with the customer so please contact us at (husltazbrandinfo@gmail), or leave us a message at 18323033850  about your specific incident so we can figure out a resolution. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial returns are accepted (Open/ Uonopened items/ in same return) 

 

Exchange Policy

 

We have no problems replacing items if they are defective or employee damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (husltazbrandinfo@gmail.com) make sure to include Name & Order# and send pics /video of your damaged or defective item.


If a defective or damaged return has been approved you should mail your product to: Hustlaz Brand Co., 6708 WINTON ST. (#Returns), HOUSTON TX 77021 UNITED STATES. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return (Video /Pictures)  is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange, etc. 

 

Terms of Purchase: Upon completion of your order, you (the purchaser) are in full comprehension/ and in acceptance of our return policies, banking limitations as it refers to the "unallowed cash refund" / charge-back policy by The Credit Card Processing Co./ Banking Credit instituions. And you (the purchaser) are aware that Husltaz Brand Co., regrettabaly "Do not offer cash back refunds at this time" and you (the purchaser) agree to work with our team for any exchanges, replacements and store gift cards needs due to damaged or defective products, without any legalities or credit card reversals.
